Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Christian Match Counselling. By accessing, browsing or using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read and accept these Terms of Use (these "Terms"), including additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available on our Site. If you do not accept and agree to these Terms, you should not use or access this Site. These Terms apply to all Site users, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content. Christian Match Counselling reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time by updating this posting, but will not change these Terms in relation to orders which have been placed and acknowledged by Christian Match Counselling before the change is made. You are encouraged to review these Terms each time you use the Site because your use of the Site after the posting of changes will constitute your acceptance of the changes. By agreeing to these Terms it also constitutes your agreement to the Site Privacy Policy.

USE OF SITE

Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. To place an order with us, you must create an account by registering on our website. To register, you must provide your full name, a current and valid email address, a delivery address (digital or physical), and your payment details. All information about you must be truthful, and you may not use any aliases or other means to mask your true identity. Any access codes or passwords provided should be safeguarded at all times. You are responsible for the security of your access codes and passwords and will be solely liable for any use or unauthorised use under such access codes or passwords. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time with or without notice. You may not use our products or service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services. Christian Match Counselling is entitled to investigate and report any conduct mentioned in line with the law, and to work alongside the authorities in the investigation into said activities. We may temporarily suspend accessibility to the Site without prior notice for maintenance, repair, updating or improvement operations. When possible, we aim to inform the User sufficiently in advance of the planned date for the suspension of the Services. Christian Match Counselling is not responsible for how Users may use the Contents included on the Site. Though we grant no licence or authorisation for use of any kind on our intellectual and industrial property rights or on any other property or right related to the Website, the Services or the Contents thereof. You may use the Site only for your own non-commercial personal use and in compliance with these Terms. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site and policies.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Prices for our products and/or services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue products and/or services without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. Cancellation information can be found further down in our Terms. We aim to deliver digital products within 48 hours and physical products within seven to ten working days, though we cannot guarantee this will always be the case. Once shipped (UK only), physical products should arrive within three to five working days, though there may sometimes be delays. Occasionally, because of problems sourcing stock from our suppliers or for other reasons beyond our control it is possible that orders may be delivered more than 60 days after the initial order is placed. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We also reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer, and to revise, suspend, or terminate an event or promotion at any time due to inventory, shortages, or user breach. We do not guarantee that all products described on our Site will be available. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice and at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected. All prices include VAT and delivery costs. The Site is available to registered users who are 18 years and older and who have not been suspended or removed by Christian Match Counselling for any reason (a "Member"). We reserve the right to revoke your membership for any reason at any time, including as a result of a violation of these Terms or the Privacy Policy, without notice.

USER SUBMISSIONS

If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. By submitting or posting any materials or content on the Site, you grant Christian Match Counselling a perpetual, irrevocable, non-terminable, worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive license to use, copy, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works on our website and in any other materials or medium, and sublicense such materials or any part of such materials. If you do not want to grant Christian Match Counselling the rights set out in this paragraph, please do not submit your content to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments. We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine is unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or violates our Terms. You agree that your comments and/or submissions will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You may not use a false email address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any submissions you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any submissions posted by you or a third-party.

LIABILITY

In no case shall Christian Match Counselling, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Christian Match Counselling and our subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services or when you cease using our Site. 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Digital products, downloads, online materials and resources are non-refundable once purchased, accessed, downloaded or delivered. By purchasing digital content, you agree to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day cancellation right under UK consumer law. Refunds may only be offered where required by law, including where a product is faulty or not as described. For physical products, you may cancel your order and receive a refund at any time before your order is delivered and up to fourteen days afterwards, beginning on the day after you receive your order. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the product in accordance with the refunds policy (as required by UK legislation known as the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013). To cancel your order and request a refund, you must inform Christian Match Counselling by email, providing your name, address and order reference. You must return the products to Christian Match Counselling within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation in the same condition in which you receive them and at your own cost and risk. Christian Match Counselling has a right to deduct from your refund amount any reduction in value of the products caused by your handling of the products beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. Christian Match Counselling’s refunds policy is: if you cancel an order within the initial 14-day cancellation period (see above), Christian Match Counselling will refund you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the day of our receipt of the returned products or (if earlier) the day you provide evidence of having sent the products back to us. Christian Match Counselling will refund the price of the product in full, excluding the cost of delivery. Christian Match Counselling will refund the purchase price using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please let us know within 28 days of receiving your dispatch email in order to begin a refund or replacement process where applicable. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage when returning your order to us as we are unable to issue refunds if we do not receive the goods.

Exchanges are not permitted.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and the operation of our Site and Contracts for the purchase of Goods through our Site are governed by English law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such Contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
